Legend has it that those bringing you   were challenged to a similar game at an early morning football tailgate in the Midwest.  The two eager and spirited characters engaged in some friendly competition with a pair that had made a version of game themselves.  After losing the first game by a narrow margin, the two mustered enough energy and enthusiasm to control the next half dozen or so games until the owners retreated.  That very weekend, designs were underway to recapture the fervor experienced that Saturday morning.  The result is the 5^th prototype iteration, which has stood the test of time.
